(a company incorporated and registered in the State of Florida under registered number) ("we", "us", "our" or “The LUEQ\.”) is the data controller and is responsible for your personal data collected through https://www.thelueq.com and associated sub domains (the “Website”). By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for compliance purposes. In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data: see ‘Your legal rights’ below.

In some circumstances we will anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Right to withdraw consent
Where we are relying on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This will not however, affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew your consent.

Right to object
You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time. This means that you can stop us from using your data. Please note, this right only arises in certain circumstances including: (i) where we relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) to process your data; (ii) for scientific, historical or statistical purposes; or (iii) for direct marketing purposes. Please note that the exercise of this right does not automatically result in your personal data being erased.
